Join a team that actually grows you.
Paid training, eleven causes worth showing up for, and a path from rep to team leader in under a year. We hire entry-level — no fundraising experience required.
Paid training
Thirty hours of classroom + role-play before you talk to your first donor. We pay for every minute of it.
Real career path
Top performers run their own crew at six months. Assistant Director track opens at twelve. No PowerPoint ladder.
Causes you can believe in
Eleven national charities — Canadian Cancer Society, SickKids, UNICEF, War Child, and seven more.
Paid weekly
Hourly base plus performance bonus, paid every Friday. We pay you to do the work right.
Four steps. About two weeks.
- 01
Send the form
Two minutes. Name, email, city, one line about why.
- 02
Twenty-minute call
Recruiter calls within two business days. We tell you what the role actually involves — long days outside, real conversations, weekly debriefs — before anyone signs anything.
- 03
Office meet
If we click on the call, you come to our Oakville office for ninety minutes with the team you'd be working alongside. We meet, you ask, both sides decide.
- 04
Start week one
Paid training begins the Monday after you sign. You're in the field by week three with a senior fundraiser beside you.
Two minutes now. Two business days to a reply.
Real person, real phone call. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so on the first call and point you somewhere better.
Things we get asked every recruiting cycle.
- Do I need fundraising experience?
- No. We hire for energy, integrity, and how you handle a real conversation. Everything else we teach in the first month.
- Is it really door-to-door?
- Sometimes. We also run festival booths, campus tables, and event activations. Mix changes by season and partner.
- What's the office culture like?
- Team-first, results-honest. Mondays are role-plays and partner briefings. Fridays are debriefs + recognition. Outside of that, you're on your own territory.
